Working with Patient Organisations
Patient organisations play a vital role in representing the interests of people affected by specific diseases or conditions. They help to inform and support patients, while also advocating for the rights of patients and their carers.
At Ferring UK, we are committed to supporting the valuable work of these groups. We collaborate on projects where there is a shared objective and clear benefit to patients.
Our relationships with patient organisations are built on mutual respect, transparency, and a shared commitment to improving patient care.
Below is a list of the patient organisations that Ferring UK has supported, covering activities up to and including the year 2025.
We publish this information annually in line with our commitment to openness and accountability.
Summary of methodology in preparing the report on Transfers of Value to Patient Organisations in UK.
The Therapy Area Administrator for each department (reproductive medicine, urology and gastroenterology) is responsible for recording and collating all financial transactions and recording the information into the respective Ferring disclosure template for disclosure purposes.
Information on projects with and support to patient organisations is provided to the transparency reporting coordinator by each therapy area administrator (reproductive medicine, urology and gastroenterology). These data are compiled and disclosed on our website.
The published information includes the monetary value of financial support and of invoiced costs. For significant non- financial support that cannot be assigned a meaningful monetary value, the published information will describe the non-monetary value that the organisation receives.

In 2024 Ferring paid 1 member of the public a total of £343.57 for Steering committees services.
In 2023 Ferring paid 2 members of the public a total of £1,700.00 for consultancy services. Ferring UK paid 3 members of the public a total of £442.00 for expenses and travel fees.
PATIENTS
In 2025 no payments were made to any Patients.
In 2024 Ferring paid 6 patients a total of £550.00 for Patient Blinded Market Research.
In 2023 Ferring made one payment of £350 to a patient for Patient Blinded Market Research.
